Pros

I made great friends while working there. There are a few projects I am proud to say I worked on.

Cons

Working there was not worth the stress, the tears, the sleepless nights, being yelled at by my managers. I am much happier since leaving.

Pros

Great mission and work, transforming Ohio's schools.

Cons

Horrible management, negative, humiliating, screaming. A lot of crying coworkers, one actually had a nervous breakdown her first few weeks there and was hospitalized for it. I remember actually staying late to work on projects while my boss called in to check on us. He'd left early and was having a Corona in his backyard and joking about it.
