      Pros

      Passionate, talented employees. Problem solvers, advocates of students and communities that make a difference in transforming learning. Excellent total rewards.

      Cons

      Employees who come here must be problem solvers, have an interest in voicing solutions and be flexible in a fast-paced environment. Negative, low performers don't succeed here.

      Pros

      I miss the people I used to work with. They were passionate and talented and worked hard to achieve the mission of serving kids.

      Cons

      I left work every day feeling terrible about myself. People were crying at the office, getting yelled at by managers at work. The culture was very negative.

      KnowledgeWorks offers very competitive benefits and compensation in some departments.

      Cons

      Leadership is very dysfunctional. Egos, politics and personal agendas drive business decisions which often result in layoffs / terminations without proper cause.
