Pros

Excellent talent at the lower levels that work incredibly hard and genuinely care for the customers.

Cons

1. Unclear compensation plans; with confusing payment terms due to lacking clarity on KPIs/targets. There’s also confusion on commissions earned between pre-sales and post-sales teams. 2. Delays in bi-weekly pay and travel expense reimbursements due to cash flow issues. 3. No opportunities for promotion and lacking work/life balance with zero recognition for a job well done. 4. Toxic culture with dishonest leadership that will make unethical decisions if it secures revenue. (Hence the laser focus on branding and market recognition. Awards are purchased and the customer reviews are done mostly on relationships/gifts/fancy dinners/outings - guess this is normal in the industry though) 5. Toxic managers are tolerated if they have tenure and are liked by the CEO 6. Customers are leaving every quarter because of product bugs, and false expectations on product capability set by the sales teams. 7. Lack of accountability due to a lack of clarity on Roles and Responsibilities across teams.

Cons

They make self train and you have to beg for help from people, no team work, just terrible

Pros

I actually worked with some great people who were professional, nice, and experts in their field.

Cons

The problem lies in not letting the people they hired utilize the best of their ability. It seems like there are a lot of politics and managers with their opinions getting too much say in issues that are not their expertise. The company seems very divided with core issues and how to proceed, down to minor problems. Be prepared to change or redo your entire workflow at a moments notice, then micromanaged until you feel like a robot. The product itself undergoes many abrupt changes. I'm not sure what's going on with the code structure, but the engineers seem to be constantly building and mostly breaking things. This company cannot survive without a good product. The idea is good, but the execution is horrible.
