nothing i can think of

no flexible work location - they allow wfh sometimes but the process for it seems a bit too extreme, too many approvals to get and process to go through which just makes me feel like they don't trust their employees that much... you're forced to go to the office only to attend meetings virtually anyway they seem too controlling even down to the knick-knacks or decorations you can have on your desk since they say it's not "productive" the managers dont seem to be doing much, they just roam around and observe everyone which just feels like micromanagement to me the sites you visit are too controlled, there are no resources available for learning and you cant even access youtube to watch tutorials
