Decent pay for entry level Decent Benefits Very nice, modern, clean, top tier office Friendly coworkers despite not being the same team. Hybrid work setup (Max of 6x per month) Flexible Work Schedule Opportunity to work abroad

Cons

Low salary increase (dependence on business performance). Promotion period is every 2 years despite over performing. Depending on your assignment, room for growth is tiny especially when you are only handling maintenance tasks.
