Full time/Salaried benefits are good, Maine is an environment of natural beauty. Many,genuine, coworkers, but numbers dwindling...

Cons

Maine, cliquish,lack of growth opportunities,political.AARP says a wonderful place for the over 50 set. Get your 10 yrs. in for S.S./lifetime discount to add to a military and/or teachers, etc. pension plan. Pensions not offered to hourly employees. Secretive, uneven distribution of bonus incentives. A great place for talented individuals to get "de-skilled".

Great discounts medical, dental, vacation and sick time decent hourly wage compared to other employers other benefits such as tuition reimbursements

Cons

very little opportunity for advancement poor communication all around availability requirements for scheduling purposes make it difficult to achieve work life balance the yearly review process for employees needs to be upgraded because it does nothing to show how invaluable employees are to the company leaders give everybody the same generic review
