I have worked for L&R for 11+ years. It's a great company to work for. Everyone is approachable right up to the CEO and the owner. People are happy to help you with things you don't understand. At L&R, mistakes are seen as opportunities to learn. The benefits package is good and the company growth means job security.

Cons

I work in the field and find that sometimes communication is a little slow -regarding changes in policies, etc. While I feel my pay rate is fair, pay raises are small with long intervals in between. I feel it's the only drawback to working here.

L&R Distributors has grown through merger and acquisition and there was a pay freeze after a large acquisition in 2013. In late 2015 most employees were given a Cost of Living Increase followed by performance reviews and merit increases in early 2016.
