Great to work in sports, qualified prospects are interested in the industry and higher likelihood to purchase.

Cons

Stopped doing in-person training at company HQ after Covid. Understaffed at properties so there are several projects that you must do that have no relation to your pay and pulls time away from the duties you were hired to do. Working in sports includes several late nights and working weekends.
