This company does not care about its employees, they are more worried about saving money than listening to the leaders within the organization. They don’t care to listen to new ideas, they only want employees to accept low wages and do as their told. It’s basically a telemarketing job. Since I have been a part of the organization within 2-3 years they have restructured a countless amount of times systematically removing every leader within the company at every level. Their primary goal is to make pennies and save pennies. They are in survival mode. If you are ambitious, a leader, looking for growth opportunities, and want to be part of a team, this job is not for you.

They just had mass layoffs across the organization and are deep in the hole financially. I don't see how they can recover. Expect to see more layoffs with a recession looming. No investments being made in the people. Haven't had 401K contribution in 3 years and given the financial state don't expect to see any. Benefits aren't competitive at all and pay is barely at market standards.
