Pros

Start your career in sports.

Cons

Manager takes your commission from you. No room to move up despite how well you do. The company never adds new partners and when they do, it is a small, non-power 5 school. They will only be at mid-majors in the next two years. No one at the company cares about you or your peers. Management is lazy and has no desire to help build your career. Terrible pay. You should try to work for a pro team or a university directly, not here.

Pros

Great way to break into the sports industry. Will gain valuable, employable skills for your next position. Ability to create great relationships within the school's athletic department.

Cons

The pay is awful. You can often feel like a child under the constant trivial demands from management. Need a good manager to shield you from constant micromanagement from corporate. The schools under their management are all different and yet they try and force the same policies and principles to everyone. Overtime is uncompensated, yet expected. Very easy to get burned out if you arn't able to find something positive to focus on.
