Pros

They are hard working, supportive and flexible to do what you want with school or even anything else.

Cons

The pay isn't as good as you would think but the benefits are nice so it makes up for it.

Pros

Great benefits, good start to working in sports and getting ticket sales experience

Cons

A lot, too many politics going on when it comes to trying to get promoted. Lousy starting pay and people at major football schools have a huge advantage and much higher earning potential when it comes to commission and bonuses. Not much growth opportunity despite them telling you that.

Pros

You work in college sports, absolutely great people, family-like culture, leadership opportunities

Cons

You work in college sports, below-average pay, difficult raise structure, no benefits, 0% match on 401k (literally), increasingly top-heavy organization, significant turnover in recent years, very few good senior managers left.
