Cons

Very unorganized Corporate has no idea what actually goes on at some of the properties Coordinators are constantly used as scapegoats for sellers & gm's who either don't want to work because they are lazy or are too scared to have an uncomfortable conversation Working with the school athletic department can be very challenging depending where you are at Lot's of egos Lack of leadership at the property level

Free clothes Tickets to games when you don't have to work Perks from the university like free concerts and food So much potential with all the different properties Surprisingly good benefits

Cons

DO NOT WORK FOR IMGL ticket solutions. They treat the employees like children, the pay is awful, so much potential with all the other properties but very rarely do you talk to people from other properties and bounce ideas off of them like the said you will. Lots of phone calls where nothing is accomplished and things are just constantly repeated
