Pros

colleagues are great office space is nice

Cons

Coaches are not valued... at all Disconnect between what is sold to clients (high touch) and coach ability to deliver on that promise with the allotted hours. Pay has been the same since forever. Absolutely no leadership in the office.

Pros

very cultural friendly environment, good on holidays off, I loved the companies enthusiasm for cultures, I cannot stress that enough, they really do go above and beyond to make you not feel like your background matters.

Cons

Training is the biggest downside, you expect nearly 300 dials weekly, with extremely outrageous KPIs, they do not tell you the complete job details prior to being hired on, you will be hired on with about 50 other SE's and expect in 3 months for either them to be let go, or leave. Big on the fake pump you up mentality, they pretend to be your go to resource and that everything is going to be fine, however; they will fire you the next morning. Expect lots of roleplays LOTS, expect for them to listen to your calls constantly, and monitor every little detail of your position, they will micro manage you, that salary does not come without extreme pressure. when I was there, you had no idea what you were getting paid either.

Pros

At this point, the only "positive" is the fact that many still get to work remotely, although most markets are forcing people back into an office.

Cons

I have been here for many years, and have NEVER seen so many strong producers leave like they have in 2025. The company has continued to nickel and dime us with almost yearly compensation plan changes (both managers, and producers), which leaves all of us making less money per year than we were the year before. Personally, I have lost at least $10K per year compared to what I made the prior year, each year since 2021. I am now at the point where this job is no longer makes financial sense for me to stay, so I am actively looking to leave. Also, we are doing nothing about our good people leaving, which is sad because many who are leaving are giving us the feedback that they don't want to leave, but the compensation plan is forcing their hand. We also aren't backfilling their positions, which is a MAJOR concern for me as a manager, as our team is stripped to the bone, and there is virtually no way that we will ever hit our budget numbers without adding to our staff. Our people who are still here are exhausted/burned out, as they are having to bear the load of less personnel as well.
