The benefits are amazing. I love my medical, dental and vision insurance. I really like my co-workers - everyone is helpful. I love the benefit of the Calm app. I like the option to lease the vehicle from the company. I like the organization of the office.

Cons

The pay could be higher. I wish there was better communication between the different departments.

They monitor how much time you sit at your computer, and you can even be penalized for bathroom breaks. There was a constant lack of work, and looking like you had nothing to do was heavily reprimanded.
