This is simply a horrible organization. Leadership is completely disconnected, money hungry, they try to act like they care about people and put on the 'we are a great place to work' song and dance, but it is a load of crap. You will be run into the ground. The C-suite is an elitist club.... the business is run by a spreadsheet and the culture and behavior is 25-30 years behind the times. Diversity? Nope... inclusion? Nope.... you won't find that here. The people are pawns and so intellectually limited that they can be gaslit and manipulated as needed. Right? No.... ZERO discipline. Way too many things going on and unqualified people in VP positions who would struggle as Directors at valid companies, and the culture is super rude and back stabbing. The place is a joke. There are some exceptional people from the floor to the offices and a handful of excellent leaders. Many of the mid-level managers and directors are actually great... but you can see the life being sucked out of them and their spirit crushed. What can they say? Suck it up... I know I'm asking too much of you and haven't been able to do much for you in return.... but I think you're amazing. This is the land of SPEND NO MONEY and SELL SELL SELL and BUY BUY BUY. YOUR CUSTOMERS HATE YOU YOUR SUPPLIERS HATE YOU YOUR EMPLOYEES HATE YOU BUT YOU LOVE YOU! Fortunately you will never read this, because you simply do not care. Now go get your bonuses.
