-unrealistic quotas. The company has been unable to budget accordingly since COVID. That in conjunction with supply chain disruptions made it difficult for anyone to consistently hit goal -When they finally did have reasonable quotas they then tied an unachievable number on Eclipse which no one in the company was even close to hitting -The culture became incredibly toxic. The company outright ignored several HR complaints regarding particular employees. And pretty much stopped caring about anyone outside of the Optilume division. -The company consciously made poor decisions that always negatively impacted employee morale and take home pay. Whether cutting territory coverage payments without speaking with reps, tying 25% of Uropathway quota to a product that is absolutely failing in the market, or just increasing prices in general to the point customers began leaving in droves.

Lots of growing pains that continue to be put on the back burner so the company can focus on more acquisitions. Most departments are short-staffed, and we are still underpaid despite picking up the slack for the open positions.
