Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I would like to address a few of your concerns here. As a global company we are proud to be able to offer all of our employees the opportunity to pursue international assignments. We are fortunate to be able to tap into the resources of global talent to support our business as we continue to grow. Our main priority is to always hire the best talent for the right role, whether that means promoting from within (nationally or internationally), or recruiting external talent. Furthermore, we review all employee salaries annually to account for market equity and raise them accordingly. We are confident that we offer fair and competitive compensation packages. Finally, we work hard to ensure a transparent and fair review process where both employees and managers have an active role.
