Coworkers are awesome. Truly enjoy being with the people you work with.

Cons

Continuous changes make it hard to keep up. Management out of touch with what is occurring on the floor. Turnover is extremely high with full time employees going to PRN status due to stress.

Pros

Nursing leadership is strong and very knowledgeable Open to communication from staff. Listens to concerns and needs. Continually improving staffing and safety

Cons

CEO has never set foot on the units and as a psychologist should not be dictating nursing processes. Managed by UHS which dictates rather then reviews processes to make improvements. Safety concerns remains as medically compromised patients are admitted and there is no physician onsite to treat appropriately.
