Pros

Good pay, great co-workers who care about the patients.

Cons

No input or governance from employees, everything is very top-down. Lots of turnover in leadership positions. Poor communication with staff, CEO is very out of touch regarding day to day unit operations. Poor nurse to patient ratios.

Pros

A new building that embraces a therauptic environment of care for individuals. The staff are kind, compassionate and caring. Also a variety of new evidence based therapeutic practices like dance movement therapy, yoga, food/nutrition classes and community engagement that helps people be successful.

Cons

This is a new hospital with new staff - that means processes and technological work flow changes to adjust as the hospital grows.
