Pros

Literally only option for carless people.

Cons

These people will pay you dirty cheap and get away with it, but it’s catching up to them since they’re getting sued. Expect everything good and provides training to excel yet pays the bare minimum. Yea this company is great to USERS, sure, but it definitely hates its employees. People watch you like a hawk up in here and also LISTEN IN TO CALLS THAT ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE MONITORED. It’s uncomfortable to hear criticism from someone who obviously gets paid more for less work as well. Get your company in order and please respect your long term employees.

What a disaster

Pros

None none none none none

Cons

If you work on the implementation team, you’ll be working with direct relatives of the management who oversee the implementation team. Also will be working with the son of one of the longer employed team members. They say there won’t be favoritism but as other reviews have pointed out already, this team lacks any professional ethics and morals. It’s quite a joke. Surprised higher ups in the company haven’t stepped in for the embarrassment of a team this is. Don’t get me started on the micromanagement, lack of any planning, lack of respect, etc etc
