Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re pleased to hear you value the flexibility of working from home, our training opportunities, and the fairness in compensation. While remote work offers many benefits, we recognize it can sometimes feel isolating. That’s why we’ve developed internal engagement platforms like Chatter, along with programs and events designed to foster community, share interpreter stories, and provide opportunities for interaction beyond day-to-day assignments. Your feedback is important to us as we continue to grow and refine how we support and connect with our team. Thank you again for your dedication and contributions.

Pros

-Work discount websites. -They provide the equipment. -Biweekly pay.

Cons

-No fair salary. -The company does not request the clients to submit their disclosures. -No check-in with employees to handle the mental load. -Unable to report clients for rudeness or lack of professionalism. -Unreasonable expectations in some aspects. -Management/The company takes no pride in its interpreters. There's no form of recognition for years of service or meeting expectations.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad you’ve found value in the work-from-home equipment support, biweekly pay, and employee discount offerings. These are part of our ongoing effort to make the interpreter experience more accessible and convenient. Interpreter well-being and professional recognition are key priorities for us. That’s why we’ve introduced a variety of recognition initiatives, including engagement badges, service milestones, and shout outs through our internal programs and communication channels to celebrate dedication, growth, and excellence. Please feel free to reach out to us at interpretercommunications@languageline.com.

Thank you so much for your kind review and for sharing your positive experience as a former interpreter with LanguageLine! We're especially glad to hear that the flexibility, remote work, and paid training were meaningful benefits for you. We also appreciate your feedback regarding raises. While we strive to provide competitive compensation and recognize longevity, we understand that compensation expectations can evolve over time. Your feedback is valuable as we continue to evaluate our interpreter support and recognition programs. We’re grateful for the time and contributions you made during your service with us, and we wish you continued success in all that you do.
