Good work environment, never had an issue. Good communication with the staff.

Cons

Low pay rates, less than $3.50 h, I think this can be different working directly for them without the third party.

Most people are fairly competent.

Cons

The culture needs to improve to support work-life balance. The company closes for the last week of the year and wants employees to use PTO to cover it.

Salary is too low in my opinion Difficult and sensitive nature of work Calls can be stressful at times
