Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciate the flexibility of working from home and the quality of our paid training program. Your experience and well-being as an interpreter are important to us. We understand that fluctuating call volume and the wide variety of call types can feel overwhelming at times. Interpreter work can be fast-paced, and we strive to prepare our team as best as possible with resources and ongoing support. It's unfortunate you feel disconnected and unsure about your performance. We want to make sure you feel supported and informed in your role. If you're not receiving regular communications or performance updates, please reach out to us at interpretercommunications@languageline.com.
