Cons

IF you think, your whole world is only for Language line, then you can work for them, also IF: 1. You need to be very healthy, that means you can't be sick for more than 40 hours a YEAR 2. You don't care about how low you get paid. 3. You don't care if your questions will be answered. 4. You don't care you will be treated miserably. 5. You don't care you will be questioned when you have emergencies.

The worst EXPERIENCE ever

Pros

Don't ever think of working with them. No bonus , no insurance,no vacation and they don't give notice when they decide to fire you

Cons

I live in houston, TX and they fired me because I wasn't able to attend work during hurricane Harvey

Pros

Work from home. I really don't have anything else to add here, despite the 20 word minimum requirement.

Cons

The pay is so low that it's a disgrace, no holidays, no paid vacations, back-to-back calls for scheduled employees leading to professional burn outs.
