Pros

They have good training, a great place for anyone who is just starting out interpreting with no experience or training. You can get their training for free as their employee and save your self around $500 for the certification. You can work from home. The work itself is rewarding as you get to help people and gaining knowledge in other areas that you can learn for yourself.

Cons

Depends on your schedule, most of them would have back to back calls with very minimal or no break. Some salary issues from time to time so make sure you check if your paycheck matches your worked hours. They are strict on their schedule changes. You can request to change the schedule once a year but there is no guarantee that they will approve your request. Pay is lower compared to other interpreting companies. High stress due to back and back calls, therefore you'll likely to experience burn out sooner.

Pros

Working from home. Nothing else.

Cons

Low pay, terrible insurance, no vacation ( I got 2 weeks of unpaid vacation which I couldn’t even use it because they did not let me due to the business needs). They treat you like a slave.

Pros

I gave one star because you HAD to give at least one. If there was a negative category that is what I would give. Working from home is the only pro.

Cons

Pay issues, schedule change issues, RESPECT for the LEP cultures and the job that is done by the employees.
