Conveniently work from home, open communication, and fast email responses from management.

Cons

Nothing at all. I have been working for the past 5 years and there was a reasonable merit increase recently. No complaints overall.

I would not exaggerate in saying there is none

Cons

-low pay -lack of respect or even basic communication -absurd workloads at times, no pacing or consistency -no commitment in terms of hours and calls, meaning you have no stable pay, the other person talking about flipping burgers is right, you make more and get stable hours.
