Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It is unfortunate you did not find the support you needed available. We strive to provide the most up to date training available, we have 24 X 7 support and self-support available in our extensive eLibrary. We have Chatter Groups for support & activities. Additionally, we have many other resources available to support and help our interpreters grow and be successful. After doing an extensive evaluation of our compensation in comparison to other employers in our business, we find that while not above average, is consistent with the industry. Please note: we regularly review industry compensation. We wish you well in your future endeavors.

As a “Great Place to Work” we really care about our interpreters and are continuously working on improvements to make taking calls for us even better. We have many other resources including a team of managers available to support and help our interpreters grow and be successful. Please note: we regularly review industry compensation. Pros

Basic healthcare coverage for full-time employees. Remote.

Cons

For all the terminologies and vocabularies to be learned in 6 weeks to do the job, the salary is way too low. Training materials are voluminous and do not include the target language of the terminologies we have to memorize. The trainer is not a native English speaker. Her accent is difficult to understand and she sometimes mispronounces words. Instructions are confusing. English and the target language are expected to be very well understood to do this. Fast note-taking is EXTREMELY essential.
