Pros

- Some of the people that I worked with were very nice and were able to get along with them.

Cons

- The management is very poor with their current process always caused friction between departments and was always angry working here. - Have to deal with shadiness from employer and actions they decide to do. - Be prepared to be overworked for little pay and little gratitude. - If you want to advance in your position here the only way you can do it is if someone leaves the company. No other way to advance in your career here. - Working remotely is like pulling teeth.

Pros

I love working here, it's always something to learn, very professional staff, high intelligence, loyal staff, outstanding training department. They treat you well, with respect, and you know you are valuable. The performance is always high standards evaluated by high-quality professionals.

Cons

I understand it's a lot of expense, due to new computers provided to each interpreter, professional clothing-shirts, with company batch, but things could be way better managed if they would allow each interpreter to buy their own shirts to a standard and send a company name tag. I start working over 10 years ago and my salary is going down. First, we had a bonus and able to work overtime, no rise in 10 years. It shows that management isn't working full capacity and does not care about the company working bees who put the profit on their table. New employers get paid more, than the one who works for years. That hurts.
