overall deaccent company, but

Pros

I love working here, it's always something to learn, very professional staff, high intelligence, loyal staff, outstanding training department. They treat you well, with respect, and you know you are valuable. The performance is always high standards evaluated by high-quality professionals.

Cons

I understand it's a lot of expense, due to new computers provided to each interpreter, professional clothing-shirts, with company batch, but things could be way better managed if they would allow each interpreter to buy their own shirts to a standard and send a company name tag. I start working over 10 years ago and my salary is going down. First, we had a bonus and able to work overtime, no rise in 10 years. It shows that management isn't working full capacity and does not care about the company working bees who put the profit on their table. New employers get paid more, than the one who works for years. That hurts.

Not enough pay

Pros

Working from home is one of the reasons I accepted this job

Cons

The benefits shouldn't be called benefits, you lose if you get a health plan and dental plan it doesn't cover anything and you then need to pay a huge bill to the provider. The pay isn't enough, if the medical and dental plan and other types of insurance they offer aren't going to work the pay should be at least $20 an hour at LEAST. I wanted to change my schedule because of my health and after trying many attempts they didn't allow it until I turned in my resignation. Poor management indeed.

Pros

Provided extensive training Very busy Consistent evaluations with tips to improve Management was professional and kind A lot of overtime

Cons

Extremely low pay, some of the lowest I've seen in the industry Each region is managed differently so customers will often complain about poor service received from another rep Calls can be back to back with little room for breaks No benefits No growth opportunities
