Great Training, But High Workload & Not as High of a Salary

Pros

- Open to part-time arrangements. - Ability to work fully remotely. - Comprehensive and thorough training. If you're relatively new to interpreting and are looking for a fast-paced environment with the ability to work from home and a high level of autonomy, this might be it for you.

Cons

- The pay doesn't quite match the level of expertise and emotional labor required for the job. - There's a prolonged interpreter scarcity, so the call volume can be high with back-to-back interpreting with little opportunity for breaks. This can be demanding and stressful and inevitably affect the quality of work. If you're an experienced interpreter seeking competitive compensation and manageable workloads, it's worth looking elsewhere.

great pay and flexibility, get paid weekly and never late. every 3 months my schedule can change a little. management is basically non existent. great paid training as well.
