Pros

Working from home. And even that is cancelled out by the poor treatment you will receive from this company

Cons

This is the worst company that I 've ever worked for. The salary is an insult. All competent interpreters leave because an interpreter with little self-respect would never work for the low rates they propose. Hence, the company is stuck with interpreters with little to no experience and those who are desperate or do not know their self-worth.

Pros

Work from Home, Native knowledge of 2 languages, everything else is easy.

Cons

No communication, No live chat if you have a issue that needs immediate response. No word as to when we get our first paycheck. I have been here for over 1month and still nothing.

I can think of nothing. Probably easy to get in since quality is not valued much here.

Cons

So many, here are a few to start with: - Treat employees with no respect and appreciation whatsoever - Keep reducing your rate, everything is non-negotiable, take it or leave it - Signing new clients on too fast without hiring and training more interpreter - My calls are always back to back, hours and hours of constant talking without a break, please note that you will most likely not have a chilled day with few calls, except for Christmas - No paid leave, almost non existent health benefits, even non paid leave is very very limited, 10 days a year, please not, it's unpaid leave and they still make it hard for you to take them - System always break down a lot, make the job even more stressful than it already is - They squeezed and squeezed every thing they can out of employee. I imagine their principle would be "Money is the most important thing to our organization - Some people are lucky to be contractors, I think they stopped hiring contractors. But they keep reducing the rates and push all the call to employees, until all of us are busy then the calls flow to contractors (to save money of course) There are so many more things, I just can't list them all. My whole life I have never worked for an organization that operate with mainly profit in mind. I feel mistreated and taken advantage of. My goal is just to stay until I have more experience and leave as soon as I can. If you have other options, do not join them. Even though this will make things harder for us, we will keep being understaffed and exploited but I want to be honest and help people from making mistakes.
