Pros

I work in the Technology Area. The executive management is wonderful to work for and with– caring, competent, committed. In the past 2 -3 years, we’ve implemented a new state of the art call platform. While it has not been without growing pains, it’s fun and exciting to be a part of a company committed to innovation and customer service (including both client and interpreter users of the platform). I love the mission of LanguageLine – bridging language barriers. The work we do is important and impacts real lives by the thousands every day. It makes me feel that the work I do matters.

Cons

Not sure if this is really a con – but incompetence, laziness or apathy aren’t likely to be accepted or tolerated for long. It’s a fast paced environment with high expectations for performance and you need to be able to keep up.

Pros

LanguageLine's Exec Team are experienced leaders who are committed to running a world class organization. They have made huge investments to build industry leading technology that make it easier for all employees to do their jobs. They have also created a culture where ever one is expected to meet their commitments and put customers first.

Cons

LanguageLine has almost 10,000 employees. There are no "cons" that wouldn't exist in any similar size organization (and probably fewer).
