Relaxed culture facilitating a good work-life balance. Good benefits scheme. Diverse & equal opportunities Structured supervision & appraisals The senior management team are supportive and listen to staff

Not much opportunity to progress due to the size of the company however, should opportunities arise they always look to promote from within the company. Not the greatest with regards to salary, however, a company-wide annual bonus is awarded
