Pros

They respect me as a professional and recognize that I strive to give my best, even when my best is not enough. At LLS the "non discrimination policy" takes new meaning because of its diverse employees.

Cons

Hourly wages does not allow me to have only one job.

1. Great training programs. 2.High call volume, great for people who are interested in practcing their consecutive interpretation skills. 3. Work from home.

Cons

1. Not very flexible work schedule. 2. Could be very stressful when the call volume is too high. 3. Pay is too low. I felt like a machine.
