Overworked with Lowest Pay in the Industry

Provided extensive training Very busy Consistent evaluations with tips to improve Management was professional and kind A lot of overtime

Cons

Extremely low pay, some of the lowest I've seen in the industry Each region is managed differently so customers will often complain about poor service received from another rep Calls can be back to back with little room for breaks No benefits No growth opportunities

Using your language skills. Using your memory skills. Getting exposed to a wide variety of situations and topics. Get to work from home. Very easy if you are fully bilingual. Low stress.

Cons

Low pay. Very limited benefits. Somewhat of a dead end job.
