Nothing is positive about this company.

Cons

Everything is wrong with this company. The workload is mentally exhausting, with back to back calls, even on a holiday! You have to always be professional, provide the best customer service. You need to study tons of terminology outside of your shift time. The pay never increases even if you perform well. The IT department is a joke, those clowns will occasionally lock your account for no reason. This company pays near minimum wage and almost no benefits! If you expect this much for your employees, you need to compensate them better!

You can start a career as an interpreter. They teach you everything.

Cons

Salary is lowered every year. You make less and less... the managers that monitor calls DO NOT speak English nor Spanish correctly. No paid vacations, no paid time off, and they make you sign a resignation agreement every year.
