Pros

Great Training for the interpreting part which is the most challenging part but they not give any orientation about the company everything is on written policies in the library. All your needs have to be done electronically by support request in the portal except for urgent technical problems. So you are pretty much on your own. The job itself is good, I am a new, only a month old. The $1 adherence bonus they sell at the interview is a bit difficult to clearly get and how to manage the "95% adherence" they say. Everything is electronic, very hard to get help for anything. Other than that I like it so far. Overall I think the pay is very low for the amount of knowledge and responsibility you need to have to do the job.

Cons

What an awful company

Pros

You get treated like a cog in the machine, its hard to maintain you sanity after a few months because the calls are back to back to back to back to back and they won't hire anymore employees so there's always so little interpreters on the call cycle...

Cons

The pay is also dismal for the intensity and high volume of calls you get.
