Pros

The most personally rewarding job I have had. Very easy going, very low stress, great work life balance, 0 micromanaging, up to a certain point you're almost your own boss. Work from home. I have learned so much from different industries.

Cons

Pay on the low side. No cellphone or internet stipend. No overtime available.
