Back to back calls, extremely heavy workload, very bad pay, 7$ an hour, micromanagment

• The company decided to accept more clients w/o having enough Interpreters, the call flow has become absolute hell, a total nightmare and you only have 15 seconds in between calls, no more than that. • People treat you like you're a machine. • Miserable salary, they earn up to 4 dollars per minute, and we only get payed 2.50 an hour, it's a total joke. • Video interpreting is mandatory, as employees we do not have a saying in the matter.

Be careful if you're selected to apparently "work" for them. The hiring process is through an outsource company but Language Line Solution doesn't trust 100% in the outsource hiring process so what do they do? They continue the hiring process using their own simplistic language test and TURN DOWN the candidate that had already been cleared by the outsource hiring company! They don't care if the candidate has passed the hiring process via the outsource company, they reject the candidate based on the candidate's language test instead of continuing the outsource company's process and invite the final candidates to a video call and test their language skills live! This process feels like a scam and a disrespect to the candidate who spent (literally) hours and hours going through the dynamic of the outsource company's hiring process.
