Levis has an amazing culture and history Your coworkers become part of your family Pay and compensation is better than the rest of industry

Cons

Upper Leadership is the biggest problem. They are insincere and self-serving. They all played politics to get where they are, could not lead their way out of a paper bag. Information is not cascaded down , no transparency The political nature of the office is ridiculous. Most people only care about themselves not what is right for the brand or the customer. Work life balance is non-existent. Constant layoffs create low morale and increased work loads . People are promoted to levels they were not ready for and then use fear & intimation to hide their flaws & insecurity.

Working with great, dedicated people that give their all to ensure the success of the company.

Cons

Constantly restructuring and trying to reinvent the wheel; poor executive leadership; too much money spent on useless consultants that do nothing to solve issues; too much amazing talent lost due to poor advice from consultants; no sense of job security; extremely low morale. HR was outsourced to India and is useless. Hard to understand HR specialists and nearly impossible to get a straight answer.

Levi Strauss offers an amazing opportunity to be a part of a significant global company with much loved brands. The community values are outstanding. The people at the company are great- there is a lot of talent both with new and very tenured employees

Cons

Constant leadership and organizational changes destabilize the business and have led to low morale. Very little work life balance. Layoffs have been constant over the last few years with no end in sight.
