Pros

The company values its employees and offers a flexible work schedule. Homeworking opportunities are available. Good home and work life balance.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement. I feel like the company doesn't use me to the best of my abilities.

Pros

Approachable management, continuous recognition of personal performance and milestones, clean and healthy working conditions, friendly people throughout the business, receptivity to my ideas, good opportunities to apply my expertise creatively, long history of business stability, ethical senior leaders and solid business growth.

Cons

As with many organizations, health costs have been steadily creeping up. Bonus programs need a refresh - the concept of a bonus once a year is outdated.

Pros

Employee friendly environment where people are valued. Company has expanded from being a U.S. government contractor to a global Intellectual Property and Life Sciences solutions provider. This is creating many new opportunities for people with the right skills.

Cons

It can be hard to make the jump from a production position to a position in management, technology, or one of the other higher end professional positions.
