Pros

The company provides you with really great benefits like 401k matching, PTO that continuously rolls over, and a free gym membership. Management I've worked with has allowed me to maintain a great work/life balance. The organization also strives to promote from within as much as possible, and I've never felt bad about putting my name in for a new role.

Cons

None that stick out at this time.

Great Benefits, Most of the supervisors are easy to talk to and they listen, the managers are approachable and care about their employees, lenient rules and dress code, great pay, great benefits

Cons

Some politics, people play favorites, can be gossip, some supervisors take advantage of their power
