management is useless- they know nothing and play favorites- if manager likes you, you can get away with murder. no work/life balance but yet for years they are working on that to make our job easier; human resources is useless if you have a complaint. rates are not competitive; company is metric driven and has such unrealistic expectations and quotas yet management does nothing to help. they spend more time texting on their cell phones and staring at computer screens- they are clueless about everyone's resposibilities. company says they promote people from within the company and yet they hire more people from outside the company
