Loved the program I worked for. Room for advancement. Risk management support was great particularly James Gurule. Benefits were good.

Cons

They don’t accept feedback well. Upper Management was overall defensive. Don’t value the therapists very much. Need training on how to support trans staff particularly when dealing with transphobic or hateful clients.
