Cons

Most programs are understaffed, they will put ~100 clients on your caseload and expect you to manage the paperwork, sessions, and scheduling on your own. If you express that you’re feeling overwhelmed, they will gaslight you and say that you have supervisors that will support you. But if you fall behind on work, they will put you on a PIP. They won’t inform you if clients have made complaints or if you are not meeting productivity or documentation requirements, they will just put you on a PIP. They do not prioritize clients well-being or employee well being.
