I love my team. I love my freedom. I love my supervisors and their supervisors. I love the job that I do.

Cons

They do not echo their supposed value of their employees with how much they pay or benefits. you will get flexibility, you will not find elsewhere and you will get a team environment that you will not get elsewhere, but you will not get paid what you're worth and if you have a family, don't even think about the benefits because they don't exist. The company puts on a really good show of pretending to value its employees, and it will help you further your career. The work environment is great. And the people are amazing, but as mentioned, they do a p***, poor job at showing it in terms of pay and benefits and are not comparable to other jobs. Of the same role in the field, you sacrifice pay and benefits for freedom and healthy work environment.
