Lack of raises, lack of bonuses for department goals being met. CEO is a big con lifeline lost estimated $4 million in fiscal year last year. No raises do to that loss, multiple locations turn into just 1 in vancouver area for services are just at the VA campus. Our youth MH and MAT in the orchards area was convenient for patients but not anymore now that its at the VA campus now :( not sure how long this place has left at this rate going down fast

Ever since the new CEO took over we are almost 4 million in debt according to her. No one gets raises or bonuses. They upped everyone's insurance but keep everyone at the same pay. They also took away the merrit raises instead give cola. But not this year. First time in over 10 years we havnt gotten a Christmas bonus. They moved everyone from the orchards location to the VA location. Only gave everyone a few days notice. They have the kids MH with adults. Its a mess. Upper management doesnt care about employees at all. HR you tell them something over and over and nothing gets done. This place is not what it used to be. I'll ve surprised if they are around In a year with how $ disappears and how the treat employees.
