Dental insurance coverage and office hours

Cons

bad management, lets other employees sleep on the job in the front office, they over work you and say you have to do what they say. they lie to you when hired saying you only have to take your buildings calls that is a lie! You also cover Cleveland, Dayton, Cincinnati, and your surrounding region. They don't care about the in-person patients we HAVE TO ANSWER THE PHONE THAT MEANS YOUR PT IS LOOKING AT YOU WHILE YOU TY AND GET OFF THE PHONE.

There are some good managers.

Cons

The better you are at your job, the more work you get given. The bad employees get it easier with far fewer responsibilities. NO GOOD raises. 1% increase is crap.

Pros

Great benefits including great PTO! Great team and leadership Only required to work 2 holidays per year on a rotation, all others are paid

Cons

Bulky EMR system, although you do get paid time to document which is a pro. Not a ton of space for career advancement.
