Pros

Great supervisors. Good way to drill the basics of portait photography. I recommend working for their other divisions as well to get more experience and hours. Gas mileage is paid out.

Cons

My main complaint is it traps you in part time purgatory. During the busy season there are more than enough hours but then it drops off a cliff. However you often need to keep your schedule open anyways just in case something opens up. So the pay can be really sparadic and low without the freedom to do much else. I balanced another part time job with this for a bit, but that honestly made it worse. I didn't get the benefits from either job and had to go through two sets of management to get time off. Especially during fall the work is monotonous but highly stressful at the same time somehow! Very early mornings.

Pros

Short work days, as long as your productivity is high

Cons

Pay rate is not great, your bonus can depend on other you work with, so if they’re not good but you are it doesn’t matter, you get the ding too.

Pros

The children that’s about it

Cons

Management does not care about their employees. They only care about their numbers and looking good. Their employee could be stuck on the side of the road hurt and all they would care about is if they could make it in or not. Inconsistency. It seems every season there is a new bonus initiative, and then it is immediately taken away for a new one or disbanded altogether. These employees work to hard and are not rewarded for their hard work. The do not care about quality. This used to be a quality workplace that cared about photos and how they looked. Now all the care about is productivity. Not if the parents will even like the photos. Shame on them.
