Pros

- learning photography equipment and guidelines for taking quality photos. - Driving to and from each school - Autonomy - interacting with kids

Cons

- long hours, day typically starts at 5AM and ends around 5PM or later depending on how far you needed to drive - Training on employee software for tracking mileage, inputting hours, and how to send in order forms and other materials from the job were unclear and the lack of thoroughness caused frustration and confusion. - LOTS of last minute changes and staggered communication. On two occasions I drove over 50 miles (25 miles to and fro) to deliver equipment that ended up not being needed. - That pay is not enough considering the amount to driving and physical labor.

Pros

Fun and creative environment Everyday is different Working with various type of people and ages. Sales incentives

Cons

Corporate does not listen to feedback from employees working in the field. Does not offer a competitive enough pay for experienced photographers. No benefits for part time employees. Have to work every weekend and can't take days off during holiday peak seasons.

Pros

Working with the kiddos is so much fun. You get paid for mileage - not nearly enough to make it worth it though.

Cons

No benefits. Very very very minimal training for people who are hired with no experience. So you are left floundering to figure it out yourself. Tech issues all the time. A lot of schools don’t have service for some reason so even if you need help you can’t call anyone to get help. Management team was so unsupportive and made me feel like a burden and stupid for asking questions. Not great pay. It says full-time but you never get full-time hours. You are either working 20 hours a week or 80 there is no inbetween.
